Job summary

ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a Manufacturing Capacity Analyst to support growth initiatives by analyzing production capacity across multiple facilities, evaluating constraints, and developing data-driven capacity models to inform leadership decisions.

You will partner with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance teams to assess readiness, propose solutions, and ensure scalability in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering/operations.
• Experience evaluating production capacity and operational constraints.

Responsibilities

• Capacity Analysis & Planning across multiple facilities.
• Assess forecasted vs actual demand; identify bottlenecks and risks.
• Develop capacity models and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Planning, Finance and Leadership.
• Support strategic capacity expansion and growth initiatives.
