ALTEN Technology USA is seeking an Automotive - Industrial & Manufacturing Engineer to support manufacturing operations, drive process improvements, and lead cross-functional projects across production facilities. The role requires a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering, focusing on optimization, capacity planning, and NPI readiness.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to raise performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline related to manufacturing.
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering or process improvement.
Experience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate data into actions.

Responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations through process optimization and continuous improvement.
Analyze workflows to boost productivity, efficiency, quality, and throughput.
Develop and implement standardized processes and best practices.
