The ideal candidate combines hands-on manufacturing experience with strong problem-solving and collaboration across Engineering, Materials, and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Manufacturing/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments and process improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead new process trials and provide technical support for production operations.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing methods, standards, tooling, and equipment.
