Job summary

RapinnoTech - APAC & USA is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to develop capacity planning models, labor optimization, and COGS analyses to drive cost efficiency and productivity.

You will lead CAPEX planning, build OEE models, and create manufacturing dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and SQL, collaborating across Manufacturing, Operations, and Finance to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or analytics field.
• 7+ years in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Analytics, capacity planning, or operations analysis.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems and production operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain capacity planning models to support production requirements.
• Perform labor planning and workforce optimization based on demand and takt time.
• Build and manage COGS models including direct labor, overhead, scrap, and costs.
• Lead CAPEX planning activities including equipment justification and investment analysis.
• Develop and maintain OEE models across Availability, Performance, and Quality.
• Scrap rate analysis, yield tracking, and cost impact assessments.
• Conduct cycle time studies, bottleneck analysis, and line balancing.
• Support capacity expansion and operational readiness through analytics.
• Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, SQL.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Engineering.
• Perform scenario analysis and sensitivity studies related to capacity and costs.
• Generate management reports and recommendations from industrial engineering analysis.
