Job summary

Siemens is seeking an Industrial Project Engineer to drive cost reduction, throughput improvements, and CAPEX ownership in a manufacturing setting. You will lead lean initiatives, manage data-driven programs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sustained value.

Responsibilities include stakeholder alignment, training, and ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance while using Excel, Minitab, Power BI, SAP, and Tableau to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years leading both CAPEX and OPEX projects with financial management.
• 3–5 years in industrial engineering, project management and continuous improvement in manufacturing or large-scale operations.
• Strong lean manufacturing, Six Sigma and process optimization knowledge.
• Experience with Daily Management Systems (DMS) is helpful.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and process simulation.

Responsibilities

• Lead cost reduction projects and implement savings across functions.
• Assess workflows to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Oversee CAPEX projects from initiation to completion within budget and quality.
• Lead lean projects including value stream mapping and waste reduction.
• Support rollout of Siemens' Operational programs and align with DMS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality, logistics, maintenance.
• Create data analyses and KPI reports for senior management.
• Provide coaching on lean methodologies and daily management practices.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
