Vy Systems in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to lead capacity planning, capacity modeling, and labor optimization. You will perform COGS modeling, CAPEX justification, and OEE/yield analyses to drive continuous improvements in production throughput and process efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in related fields, a strong manufacturing ops background, and advanced Excel and Power BI skills. On-site, full-time with experience-based compensation in the Pittsburgh area.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Analytics, Capacity Planning, or Operations Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Research, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and production operations.
