Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an Industrial Engineering Analytics Engineer to lead the development of integrated IE models connecting capacity, labor, material flow, PFEP and cost to drive manufacturing efficiency and data-driven decisions across sites.

The role blends IE fundamentals with advanced analytics, simulation and AI to optimize cost, throughput, and OEE, collaborating with Manufacturing, Operations and Finance to deliver actionable insights and scalable dashboards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in industrial engineering analytics or manufacturing modeling.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing systems and capacity planning.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and own integrated IE models linking capacity, labor and cost for planning.
• Build capacity models with cycle time, OEE, yield losses, bottleneck analysis.
• Develop labor models to optimize headcount and costs across production systems.
• Create and evaluate business cases for capital investments (ROI, IRR, NPV).
• Lead COGS modeling including labor, overhead, scrap, and process costs.
• Design OEE models to drive operational efficiency and CI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align models with constraints and needs.
• Translate analytics outputs into executive-level insights and dashboards.
