Job summary

Yanfeng is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Intelligence to bridge manufacturing operations, business processes, and digital technologies. You will analyze production and logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for continuous improvement, collaborating with IT, supply chain, and plant teams.

You will define requirements for reports and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools, transforming operational data into actionable insights for management.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience within the Automotive Supplier Industry preferred.
• Exposure to Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes.
• Knowledge of production KPIs, OEE, downtime analysis, scrap reduction, and productivity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Support production teams through data analysis, KPI monitoring, and process optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with plant management, production supervisors, quality, logistics, and engineering teams.
• Monitor operational performance indicators and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Support implementation and continuous improvement of production control processes.
• Support and enhance MES.
• Digitalization of logistic systems such as AGV, vertical warehouse, material flow, stock.
• Act as a liaison between Operations and IT developers.
• Support integration between MES, ERP, quality, supply chain, and reporting systems.
• Support end users to analyze production data.
• Define requirements to create reports and visualizations using Power BI or similar tools.
• Transform operational data into actionable insights for management.
• Develop and understanding of material flow and supply chain processes.
• Support analysis of inventory, production planning, and logistics performance metrics.
• Collaborate with logistics and planning teams to improve operational efficiency.
