SCP Limited in Auburn, Indiana, is seeking a seasoned Automation Engineering Manager to lead development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing automation and new-product industrialization initiatives.

You will coordinate internal engineering teams with outside automation integrators, equipment suppliers, and technology partners to deliver projects from concept through production, with measurable ROI and quality improvements.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering and automation experience.
• Experience leading large automation projects.
• Experience with machine builders, systems integrators, robotics vendors.
• Strong project management and data-analysis capabilities.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead automation projects from concept to production and stabilization.
• Define scopes, specs, timelines, budgets and acceptance criteria.
• Manage multiple projects with visibility on schedule and cost.
• Lead design reviews, FATs, SATs and production validation.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards; drive data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
