Job summary

Stanley Electric U.S. is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Manager in London, OH to lead a fast-paced, highly automated assembly facility. The role focuses on maximizing equipment availability, reliability, and safety while driving continuous improvement through data-driven maintenance methods.

The ideal candidate blends strategic leadership with deep automation knowledge in PLCs, robotics, and TPM/Kaizen, and will mentor technicians across shifts to uphold high maintenance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership in highly automated environments
• Experience with CMMS and data-driven decision making
• Strong problem-solving and team leadership abilities

Responsibilities

• Ensure maximum equipment availability, reliability, and safety
• Lead preventive/predictive maintenance programs and data-driven improvements
• Drive root cause analysis for chronic failures
• Coordinate cross-shift maintenance teams
• Manage CapEx projects for line upgrades
• Develop maintenance budget and inventory strategies
• Mentor and develop maintenance staff
