Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate Manufacturing - Nights to lead production floor operations in the Inoc/Seeds area. The role emphasizes SOP and procedure development, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration with Quality and Engineering.

Typical duties include owning CAPA, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. 12-hour night shifts with differential are offered in Rhode Island.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED with 4 years of manufacturing experience OR
• Associate degree with 2 years of experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree with 6 months experience OR Master’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing operations on the production floor.
• Ensure safety and compliance procedures are followed at all times.
• Develop, implement, and resolve process equipment validation and qualification tasks.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for equipment, automation, and process issues.
• Write and own controlled documentation (SOPs, MPs, reports).
• Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to resolve events promptly.
• Mentor staff and manage CAPA ownership and follow-up.
