Job summary

Amgen is seeking an Associate manufacturing professional for the night shift to perform operations in the Manufacturing area, following SOPs and supporting continuous improvement. The role requires handling critical processes, drafting procedures, and participating in cross-functional teams.

The position offers a 12-hour rotating shift (7PM-7AM) with a 15% shift differential and premium pay for Sundays, with onboarding 2–6 weeks on a standard daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• High school/GED + 2 years of manufacturing or operations work experience OR
• Associate’s + 6 months of manufacturing or operations work experience OR
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field

Responsibilities

• Perform operations in the Manufacturing area according to SOPs.
• Monitor critical processes and draft/ revise Manufacturing Procedures and technical reports.
• Assist in review of documentation for assigned functions and basic troubleshooting.
• Participate on cross-functional teams and represent manufacturing teams.
• Possible ownership of deviations and CAPAs.
• Identify and implement improvements in routine functions; adhere to SOPs.
