Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products (CPP) is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead a production team on a Weekend Day Shift, focusing on safety, quality, throughput, and cost in aerospace titanium casting and components. You will coach, mentor, and develop operators, while collaborating across departments to deliver on-time results.

The role emphasizes daily hands-on leadership, problem solving, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in production/manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
• Experience coaching employees, managing performance, and providing feedback.
• Ability to develop team members and encourage independent problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A four-year degree in Business, Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, direction, and support to production employees.
• Build a positive, accountable work environment that encourages teamwork and engagement.
• Coach employees, conduct performance reviews, and support training and development.
• Assist with hiring, wage adjustments, and employee performance management.
• Empower team members to identify problems, develop solutions, and own their work.
• Lead safety and quality initiatives and ensure adherence to procedures and specs.
• Coordinate daily production activities to meet throughput and on-time delivery goals.
• Monitor performance against plans and communicate priorities and results.
• Lead improvement projects and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and other departments.
