Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Analyst to lead production planning and control within our Life Cycle Sustainment Organization in Elkridge, MD. You will drive the timely flow of product through manufacturing and coordinate with suppliers, MRP, and program management to meet delivery metrics.

The role requires strong data analysis, ERP/MRP experience, and leadership in a cross-functional environment, with a path to Senior Principal responsibilities and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent manufacturing/operations experience.
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems and data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and drive the timely flow of product through Manufacturing to support delivery requirements.
• Manage schedule status and visibility of hardware for programs from kit conversion to delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, MRP, manufacturing, and program management to meet performance metrics.
