Job summary

Northrop Grumman Mission Systems seeks a Principal Manufacturing Analyst to oversee production flow, scheduling, and cross-functional coordination. You will analyze metrics with Tableau and SAP, coordinating with suppliers, program management, and operations to ensure on-time delivery and efficient material usage.

The Sr. Principal level expands responsibilities to mentor teams, drive process improvements, and partner with internal and external customers on planning and problem resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years in Manufacturing, Materials, MRP, Production Control, or related field.
• Master's degree with 3+ years in related field; 9+ years experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and drive the timely flow of product through Manufacturing to support internal and external customer delivery requirements.
• Manage schedule status and visibility of hardware from kit conversion through manufacturing to delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, MRP, manufacturing, program management, and operations to meet performance metrics.
