Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly manual journal entries for month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings.
• Ensure GAAP-compliant financial statements through reconciliations and policy adherence.
• Support internal and external audits with proper documentation and controls.
• Monitor inventory transactions and related manufacturing accounting processes.
• Conduct variance analyses and communicate risks and opportunities to management.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and management reports.
• Interface with multiple departments to provide timely information and analyses.
• Identify process improvements to strengthen controls and reporting efficiency.
• Participate in system implementations and upgrades.
• Support special financial analyses as needed by management.
