Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP in a manufacturing environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficient MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems; Plex preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure month-end close procedures are completed in a timely manner.
• Review transactions for proper accounting treatment and perform reconciliations.
• Evaluate general ledger account usage and ensure accurate recording per policy.
• Ensure intercompany transactions are recorded and intercompany accounts are balanced.
• Collaborate with shared services to resolve AP/AR discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly payroll entries and reconcile.
• Prepare and post journal entries and tax filings.
• Support audits and ad-hoc analyses as needed.
