Job summary

You will manage month-end close activities, generate analytical reports, and maintain balance sheet schedules while supporting budgeting efforts.

The role requires GAAP knowledge, 2–4 years of experience, and proficiency in Excel. Occasional travel to Roseville and other locations is anticipated as part of duties.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college or university.
• 2–4 years of professional accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience with automated accounting systems; SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in month-end close, journal entries, cost center audits, and financial reporting.
• Compile monthly statistical and analytical reports.
• Review cost center/internal order reports and coordinate corrections with plant personnel.
• Review sales margin reports and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain monthly balance sheet schedules and perform analyses.
• Assist with annual budgeting.
• Travel to Roseville and other subsidiary locations as needed.
• Conduct periodic internal control audits and support safety compliance.
• Perform other duties as assigned and maintain dependable attendance.
