US Mobile is seeking a Senior Manual QA Engineer to ensure high-quality software for our SaaS web and mobile applications. With 5+ years of testing experience, you will work closely with Product and Engineering teams in a fast-paced Agile setting to deliver reliable releases.

You will develop comprehensive test plans, execute diverse test types, validate REST APIs with Postman, and verify data via SQL queries. Join a team that values speed, collaboration, and quality across the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manual software testing experience.
• Experience testing SaaS web applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience testing REST APIs using Postman.
• Strong SQL skills for database validation.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Execute database queries to verify backend data and troubleshoot issues.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution using Jira or similar tools.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teammates throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues and verify bug fixes.Continuously improve testing processes and ensure high-quality releases.
