You will participate in EOS meetings, help identify issues, propose solutions, and mentor the next generation of machinists while contributing to a culture of clarity and accountability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional manual machining experience.
• Expert proficiency with manual mills and lathes.
• Ability to consistently hold tight tolerances.
• Strong understanding of cutting tools, materials, and machining strategies.
• Must supply your own professional tools.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple jobs.
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Machine setup, calibration and alignment with precision.
• Tooling selection, installation and workholding.
• Precision measurement and fixturing to maintain tolerances.
• Read and interpret complex drawings and GD&T.
• Manual turning, milling, threading, drilling, and contouring with precision.
• Optimize feeds and speeds for tool life and tolerance.
• Document quality inspections and traceability.
• Participate in EOS Level 10 meetings and drive improvements.
• Mentor and influence the next generation of machinists.
