Job summary

Capco is seeking a Managing Principal to lead our Strategy & Digital Assets business in the US, with a focus on Banking & payments. Location: New York City or Charlotte, NC. This senior role combines strategy, business development and delivery leadership across complex client engagements.

You’ll drive growth, originate opportunities and lead executive relationships, translating digital assets innovations into actionable client solutions and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Senior-level consulting leadership with experience in major financial services accounts.
• Strong track record of originating, shaping and closing consulting opportunities.
• Deep understanding of banking and payments, including business models, economics and regulation.
• Knowledge of digital assets, tokenization, stablecoins and blockchain-enabled payments.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow strategic Banking & Payments accounts, developing account strategies, executive relationships, pipelines and opportunities that translate into sustainable consulting revenue.
• Originate and lead the full sales lifecycle, from identifying client needs to close.
• Advise senior executives on digital money, stablecoins, tokenized deposits, blockchain-enabled payments and related infra.
• Provide executive leadership across complex strategy and transformation engagements, ensuring client outcomes and commercial performance.
• Shape Capco’s Digital Assets growth agenda by building differentiated propositions and ecosystem relationships.
