Qualifications

• PE licence is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous.
• About 10+ years of relevant engineering experience in consulting, infrastructure, or civil contexts.
• Experience producing construction documents, specs, and reports.
• Strong commercial awareness and proposal experience.
• Proficient with industry-standard project delivery software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of engineering projects from planning through execution.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate internal and external specialists.
• Prepare and review technical reports, specifications, contracts, and deliverables.
• Oversee schedules, budgets, resources, and financial performance.
• Support proposals, scope definitions, staffing plans, and programs.
• Maintain strong client relationships and act as trusted advisor.
• Represent the organization in meetings and stakeholder engagements.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and support career development.
• Stay informed on industry advancements and implement best practices.
