Job summary

Qualifications

• 15+ years in corporate finance, lending and leasing.
• 5+ years of senior financial sales leadership.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with asset-based lending and structured debt placement.

Responsibilities

• Source new SFL facilities from direct marketing and origination efforts.
• Lead and mentor junior sales personnel in SFL processes.
• Assist in syndication of SFL facilities and develop syndication partners.
• Perform market research and prepare position papers on expansion opportunities.
• Develop cross-sell opportunities with other KeyBank products and services.
• Grow AUM and fees while maintaining risk controls.
• Maintain client relationships and maximize revenue from existing facilities.
• Attend industry conferences and stay current on market trends.
• Comply with KeyBank policies and professional standards.
