Job summary

KeyBank in Superior, Colorado, seeks an Associate Account Executive to support the Specialty Finance Lending portfolio through pre- and post-closing loan administration, risk monitoring, and client service. You will coordinate activities across internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely loan transactions and robust portfolio management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (required).
• Master's degree in business administration (preferred).
• 3+ years in loan operations, commercial lending, or financial services (required).
• Familiarity with LoanIQ and Hogan loan systems (required).
• Experience with loan documentation, closing procedures, and compliance reporting (required).
• Strong understanding of financial statements, borrowing base structures, and waterfall payments (required).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment (required).

Responsibilities

• Assist in loan documentation, closing, booking, and system setup (LoanIQ).
• Coordinate advance/paydown requests and settlements.
• Assist with amendments, renewals, waivers, joinders, and restructurings.
• Review borrowing base and servicer reports for compliance.
• Monitor covenant adherence and facilitate audits and due diligence.
• Prepare and distribute portfolio and settlement reports; perform ad hoc analysis.
• Interface with borrowers, co-lenders, custodians, agent banks, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting to lenders and stakeholders.
• Comply with KeyBank policies and maintain professional ethics.
