The Company is seeking a Senior Managing Director for its Forensics practice. The Senior Managing Director will be responsible for leading the execution of the annual budget, developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing programs, and maintaining high-quality deliverables. They will also be involved in identifying growth opportunities, managing client relationships, and ensuring the practice’s compliance with all relevant regulations.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a technical, science, or engineering field, or an advanced degree in a related area, with a minimum of 15 years’ industry experience. A proven track record in business development, staff management, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership role with financial responsibility are required. The role demands excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to think strategically and manage crises effectively. The Senior Managing Director will be expected to travel up to 25% of the time and should be adept at handling multiple priorities and performing under high-stress conditions.
