Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a NAC Workplace Experience Manager based in Collegeville, PA, reporting to the Director of PX/GWE. You will develop and sustain an optimal workplace experience across a cluster of NAC portfolio sites, ensuring consistent standards and a unified service model.

Lead soft services, hospitality, and space activation while partnering with IFM providers to deliver high-impact workplace solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience; or master’s with 2+ years; or PhD with 0+ years; or associate’s with 8 years; or HS diploma with 10 years.
5–10 years of progressive workplace experience, ideally multi-site NAC environment.
Strong understanding of colleague-facing workplace services, including space activation and engagement programs.

Responsibilities

Lead workplace experience strategy across NAC portfolio sites and define a unified service model.
Oversee soft services, hospitality, and space activation to support collaboration and business needs.
Partner with IFM providers, vendors, and site leadership to ensure consistent service delivery and KPIs.
Drive continuous improvement using data, feedback, and workplace trends.
Support change management for workplace transformations, including agile environments.
