Ladders is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Transformation - Workday PM/BA to guide HR transformation with governance, change management, and end-to-end solution delivery across HR systems.

You will partner with HR and cross-functional teams to shape requirements, assess impacts, and drive initiatives from planning through execution in a remote, US-based environment. Compensation ranges from $100,000 to $150,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6–10 years in HR product management or HR.
• 6–10 years of experience with Workday is required.
• Configuration experience with Talent Management and Acquisition strongly desired.
• Financial Services experience is a plus.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead governance frameworks for HR systems enhancements
• Own and manage the pipeline and roadmap of change
• Lead complex business analysis activities, including process mapping and impact assessments
• Partner with stakeholders to shape and challenge requirements for HR systems solutions

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Manager, HR Transformation - Workday PM/BA to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will guide HR transformation efforts with a strong focus on Workday governance, change management, and solution delivery. The position will partner closely with HR, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to shape requirements, assess impacts, and keep initiatives moving from planning through execution. It is well suited for someone who can balance business analysis, program coordination, and deep HR systems expertise to drive effective outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually
