Job summary

Northern Trust's Wealth Management Middle Office is seeking a senior manager to lead the National Client Support Services operations team in the US. You will guide multiple functions, drive performance management, and oversee end-to-end process design in a changing environment with automation and reengineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• In-depth functional / industry knowledge.
• Technical skills / systems knowledge (PeopleSoft).
