You will partner with business leaders, technology teams, vendors, and global support to deliver stable, secure technology solutions.

Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in application development and/or support.
• Experience with Java and database technologies.
• Experience collaborating with external technology teams, vendors, and partners.
• DevOps/SRE knowledge and secure SDLC understanding.
• Agile experience and strong communication skills.
• Leadership ability to guide teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead application service delivery and support for Wealth Management client-facing systems.
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore partners and vendors to drive improvements.
• Manage change/incident/problem processes and project releases.
• Ensure stability, availability, and cost efficiencies of applications.
• Provide technical leadership and stakeholder guidance across teams.
• Attend on-call rotations and support production incidents.
