Job summary

Northern Trust is hiring a Head of Client & Partner Support to lead high‑touch service for Wealth Management clients and partners. You will guide centralized teams, align operations with business goals, and uphold risk control, compliance, and service excellence.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with Contact Center, Partner Support, and Digital Consulting, implementing scalable processes and mentoring a diverse team to deliver excellent client experiences and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Wealth Management or Financial Services.
• Experience leading large cross-functional teams.
• Proven success in client service strategy and execution.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement operating model for Client & Partner Support.
• Lead multiple functional groups: Contact Center, Partner Support, Digital Consulting.
• Drive strategic plans to unify and optimize support functions.
• Ensure timely, accurate, empathetic resolution of inquiries.
• Promote self-service adoption and enterprise tools.
