Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of leadership (supervisory or management) experience with technical knowledge of potable water and wastewater systems.
• Experience with capital and operational forecasts.
• Experience planning and implementing capital improvement and maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the operation and maintenance of Potable Water System and Wastewater System.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain certifications.
• Oversee staffing, training, performance evaluations, and personnel development.
• Collaborate with other departments and leadership to plan capital projects and improvements.
