Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is hiring for a Senior Manager, Value Based Contractor to support Medicare and Medicaid initiatives. The role collaborates with networks, finance, and clinical teams to expand the specialty and Medicaid VBC portfolio while enabling rapid market execution.

You will build relationships with provider partners, develop financial models, and lead cross-functional efforts to deploy innovative payment concepts with measurable ROI across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in value-based care contracting and provider relations.
• Medicare or Medicaid contracting experience with large specialty groups preferred.
• Experience developing and using Value Based Care financial models.
• Experience with risk-based arrangements and government services.
• Strong execution and delivery skills in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent organizational and detail-focused abilities.
• Ability to present and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and complete contracting with specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
• Develop relationships with leaders to design growth strategies.
• Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used in the industry.
• Partner with finance to develop financial models and VBC contracts.
• Collaborate with network and segment teams to deploy VBC strategies promptly.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to create pilot models and ensure ROI for scaling.
• Serve as liaison among internal customers, operations, actuary, product, and analytics teams.
