Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Senior Manager, Value Based Contractor to advance Medicare and Medicaid value-based care initiatives. You will partner with business development and network leaders to accelerate contracting with specialty and Medicaid providers, aligning strategies to grow our VBC portfolio.

This role requires collaboration across network, clinical, actuary, finance, and analytic teams to design models, run pilots, and demonstrate ROI for enterprise scaling.

Qualifications

• Experience in value-based care contracting in Medicare/Medicaid.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong vendor/provider relationship management experience.
• Experience designing and executing financial models for VBC.
• Experience in risk-based arrangements and government services.
• Ability to operate in a matrixed, highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate contracting opportunities with Specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
• Develop relationships with leadership in specialty and Medicaid provider organizations to drive growth.
• Educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used in VBC.
• Collaborate with finance to develop financial models and VBC contracts.
• Work with Network and Segment teams to deploy VBC strategies timely.
• Conduct market competitive analysis; work with contracting and clinical teams on innovative concepts.
• Lead cross-functional model development, pilots, and ROI demonstrations for scaling.
• Serve as liaison among internal customers, operations, actuary, product, and analytics teams.
