• 7+ years in value-based care contracting, provider relations, or related solutions.
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicare contracting, large specialty groups preferred.
• Experience with value-based care financial models and risk-based arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and finalize contracts with specialty and Medicaid provider partners.
• Build and educate leaders on specialty landscapes and financial models used in the industry.
• Partner with finance on developing financial models and VBC contracts for portfolio growth.
