Job summary

You will advise clients across risk assessment, mitigation planning, regulatory compliance, and resilience initiatives within a growing practice focused on critical infrastructure resilience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in wildfire mitigation, utility operations, emergency management, vegetation management, resilience, or related field.
• Experience working with electric utilities, consulting firms, government agencies, or wildfire-focused organizations.
• Strong understanding of utility wildfire risk management programs and regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements and influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise electric utility clients on wildfire risk mitigation strategies and program development
• Support wildfire risk assessments, mitigation planning, and operational readiness initiatives
• Provide subject matter expertise on utility wildfire regulations, industry best practices, and emerging technologies
• Lead client engagements and manage cross-functional project teams
• Develop and maintain relationships with utility executives and key industry stakeholders
• Contribute to business development efforts, proposal development, and practice growth initiatives
