Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Disaster Risk Management, Fire Engineering | Fire Science, Electrical Engineering | Electrical Utilities, Environmental Sciences | Engineering, Forestry, or related field.
• 10+ years of wildfire preparedness, modeling, risk mitigation, and related areas.
• Demonstrated managerial leadership and cross-functional team guidance.
• Deep technical knowledge in wildfire risk management and modeling (FLAMMAP, FARSITE) and GIS experience.
• Strong project management, proposals, client relationships, and growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead and oversee wildfire risk mitigation projects with timely execution and stakeholder alignment.
• Support growth of wildfire risk mitigation service line and contribute to proposals and client relationships.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical direction and accountability.
• Oversee technical analyses of building codes and wildfire-related planning for compliance and best practices.
• Provide GIS mapping, geospatial analyses, and visualization for planning and mitigation.
