Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Manager in Transaction Advisory to lead financial due diligence for buy- and sell-side engagements. You’ll manage multiple engagement teams, review client financials, and present findings to executives and private equity stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with tax, valuation, audit, advisory and consulting teams to deliver integrated solutions throughout the transaction lifecycle. The role requires 10+ years of advisory or audit experience, CPA is preferred, and strong

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
CPA certification preferred.
Strong knowledge of US GAAP (revenue recognition, inventory, accrual-based accounting).

Responsibilities

Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
Manage multiple transaction engagement teams and ensure high-quality deliverables.
Review client financials, identify risks and value drivers, present findings to executives.
Oversee preparation of detailed findings reports and financial presentations.
Collaborate with TAS teams to provide integrated solutions.
