Job summary

EisnerAmper is hiring a Senior Manager in Transaction Advisory Services in New York. You will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, oversee teams, and present findings to executives and PE firms.

The role emphasizes strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, financial modeling, and cross-functional collaboration across TAS, tax, valuation, and advisory teams. Travel and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of transaction advisory and/or audit experience in a national public accounting or professional services firm.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics or related field.
• CPA or in the process of CPA certification (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Lead financial due diligence engagements for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including QoE, working capital analysis, and financial modeling.
• Manage multiple transaction engagement teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to deadlines.
• Review client financials, identify risks and value drivers, and present findings to executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee preparation of detailed Key Findings Reports, Databooks, and financial presentations for deal considerations.
• Collaborate with tax, valuation, audit, advisory and consulting teams through the transaction lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop staff through training and on-the-job coaching.
• Stay current on market trends, accounting standards, and industry developments affecting transactions.
• Lead meetings with client and target company management and serve as a secondary contact for day-to-day execution.
