Job summary

Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Transaction Advisory Service within the Financial Advisory Services consulting team in Seattle. You will provide due diligence and transaction advisory services, working closely with firm leadership to serve clients and grow the business.

You will collaborate with industry leaders and clients, delivering data-driven insights, building relationships, and contributing to marketing and recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction service lines.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with financial modeling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to lead initiatives.
• Ability to work autonomously under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience presenting analyses to management and collaborating with client personnel.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and preparation of quality of earnings reports.
• Research and financial analysis of target companies.
• Due diligence for buy side and sell side transactions.
• Communicate with clients to ensure delivery of exceptional service.
• Support growth and development of team members and participate in firm programs.
