Qualifications

• 8+ years' experience in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory or transaction services.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• CPA certification preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Data gathering, document review and quality of earnings analyses.
• Conduct financial research and analysis of target companies.
• Perform due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Engage with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Support marketing and recruiting activities of the firm.
