Job summary

Andersen, based in Los Angeles, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial due diligence engagements for clients across industries. You will identify transaction risks, prepare and review deliverables, and communicate findings to target management teams.

You will supervise, train, and mentor Managers and Senior Associates, engage in business development, and receive formal training in Transaction Advisory with opportunities for growth and advanced credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics is required.
• CPA required; CFA or similar is highly desirable.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Big Four or national firm, including 5+ years in financial due diligence.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS).
• Proven leadership and excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute financial due diligence engagements for clients.
• Identify and help resolve complex transaction risks and issues.
• Prepare and review reports and related analyses and deliverables.
• Communicate findings with target management teams and client personnel.
• Supervise, train, mentor and evaluate Managers and Senior Associates.
• Engage in business development activities and market transaction advisory services.
• Receive formal training related to Transaction Advisory and pursue further training.
