Job summary

CohnReznick is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for the Transaction Advisory Services group in Boston. You will lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements, analyze financial statements, and guide client expectations and project timelines. Strong GAAP knowledge and CPA credentials are highly valued.
