BBYO is seeking a Senior Manager, Movement Content and Curriculum in the Washington, DC area. You will design teen leadership curricula and training, facilitate sessions, and refresh movement content for chapters, regions, and communities.

You’ll lead virtual and in-person programs, collaborate across departments, and support mentorship initiatives. Travel ~20% and a hybrid schedule in DC are expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years designing and delivering curriculum or training with teens.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading, plus strong public speaking and facilitation.
• Experience building experiential or Jewish educational content.
• Ability to manage multiple projects on a fixed calendar.

Responsabilidades

• Design content, curriculum, and training for leadership programs.
• Lead ongoing virtual and in-person training for chapter and regional leaders.
• Refresh and evolve movement curriculum and resources.
• Oversee content updates for BBYO Toolbox, Program Bank, and governance books.
• Train and mentor leaders; facilitate engaging teen experiences.
