BBYO, a mission-driven organization, seeks a Director of Immersive Talent to set and execute the immersive talent strategy for teens across BBYO. The role, remote within the International Convention team, supervises Associate, Talent Services and partners with regional teams to deploy educators and leaders into immersive experiences.

Travel is required. You will manage talent relationships, contract negotiations, and program budgeting, ensuring high-quality hosting and engagement for teen

Formación

• Experience working with youth/teens preferred

Responsabilidades

• Execute talent strategy including recruitment, evaluation, and selection of speakers for IC, regional, summer, and immersive experiences
