Role summary

The Senior Manager, Tech Ops, will lead strategic digital initiatives that improve the end-to-end Walmart Business customer journey. This role connects customer and commercial needs with technology solutions, translating business opportunities into clear priorities and driving complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution and measurable outcomes. Working across Product, Engineering, Design, Data & Analytics, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations, this leader will influence priorities, manage dependencies and risks, and establish the operating mechanisms needed to deliver scalable customer and business impact.

The Walmart Business Digital Experience team shapes and improves the end-to-end digital journey for business customers—from account activation and discovery through purchasing, repeat engagement, and connected commerce. We identify customer friction and growth opportunities and translate them into scalable digital capabilities. Salary and compensation

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area.
• Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.2 years’ supervisory experience.
