The Senior Manager, Technology Operations, leads the execution of complex technology programs by aligning strategic objectives with operational and financial plans. About the team

Our team develops and delivers technology solutions that enhance Walmart store operations and customer service. We create tools enabling associates to work efficiently, make informed decisions, and optimize product availability while reducing operational complexity. Leading the MyWalmart app experience, we provide essential resources at associates’ fingertips. By integrating artificial intelligence into workflows, we anticipate needs and streamline tasks. Our collaborative approach combines program management, stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and technology strategy to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across the business.

What you’ll do

• Lead program management activities, defining goals, deliverables, and schedules for multiple complex projects aligned with strategic objectives.

• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to influence decisions and ensure alignment with technology strategies.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications

Option 1: Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business,information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 5 years’ experience inproject management, program management, program operations, or related area. Option 2: 7 years’ experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area. 2 years’ supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in computer science, management information systems, industrial engineering, engineering management, business, information systems, project/program management, information technology, finance, management, or related area and 4 years' experience in project management, program management, program operations, or related area.
