Bellwether Coffee seeks a Senior Manager, Technical Services to lead the Tech Services team at our Berkeley HQ. The role focuses on diagnosis, documentation, partner networks and a data-driven approach to customer outcomes.

You will define operating standards, set service targets, coach the team and collaborate with Engineering, Operations and Finance to improve speed, quality and cost efficiency.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical or mechatronics engineering or equivalent.
• 7+ years in technical service or field service for commercial equipment.
• Experience leading a service team and scaling a function.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Mansioni

• Lead the Technical Services team across remote diagnosis and on-site coordination.
• Define the operating standards for handovers and documentation on every case.
• Set service targets and report performance to leadership.
• Develop the team through coaching and cross-training.
• Coordinate with Engineering on feedback, remote diagnostics and product changes.
• Manage costs, warranty, and partner network performance.
