Based in Cape Canaveral, FL or Ocean Springs, MS, the position emphasizes leadership, budgeting, and process improvement, with travel as needed and a potential discretionary bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of related experience or higher degrees with corresponding experience.
• 5 years in progressively responsible roles in a technical publishing environment.
• US Citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain a US Government Security Clearance.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across levels and with Government customers.
• Experience in program management including budgeting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, estimate, schedule, and track major publications projects.
• Establish processes to ensure high-quality products for internal and external customers.
• Oversee personnel administration, budgeting, mentoring, and engagement activities.
• Drive growth and development of reporting personnel as a priority.
• Travel occasionally for program updates and reviews.
