Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Operations at our Manawa, WI facility. You will lead the site’s technical and engineering functions, drive capital planning, reliability programs, and capability development to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations aligned with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive technical leadership experience is required.
• Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project, SAP PM or equivalent CMMS is required.
• Experience in food manufacturing or processing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital management processes and a 5-year site vision.
• Drive capital efficiency and project execution with stakeholders.
• Develop technical capabilities and a new ways of working to drive site performance.
• Work cross-functionally with site leadership and various engineering teams.
