Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead a 5-year capital plan across multiple manufacturing facilities in the U.S. and Canada.

You will guide a high-performing engineering team and ensure capital projects are delivered through a structured initiative management process. You will strengthen technical capabilities to support successful capital programs and long-term operational excellence, collaborating with diverse functions to achieve strategic goals and drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field is required.
• Experience in aseptic environments and capital project execution is preferred.
• Experience with multi-site capital planning and strategic planning abilities.
• Formal project management training or certifications are a plus.
• LEAN Capital Initiative Management processes experience is desired.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate to develop a 5-year capital plan for manufacturing facilities in scope across the U.S. and Canada.
• Lead teams to manage capital projects per the Capital Initiative Management program.
• Own project KPIs: safety, food safety, environmental, operational impacts, scope adherence, CQV, on-time delivery, cash flow, budgets.
• Develop procurement strategies with the capital sourcing manager and execute them.
• Review business cases, schedules, and estimates with leadership and steer projects to prioritization approvals.
• Mentor and lead internal and external team members to meet engineering needs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Quality, EHS, IT, Finance and other functions to deliver goals.
